Winter Operational Standards: We take New England winters seriously. While our gas-powered locomotive is a workhorse, for the safety of our riders and the protection of our equipment, we operate during the winter months under the following guidelines:

• Clear Surfaces: Operating areas must be plowed and treated (free of ice and deep snow).

• Temperature/Weather: We operate in cold temperatures, but we do not run during active snowstorms or freezing rain.

• Level Ground: As always, a flat, level surface is required for a safe journey to the 'North Pole.'
